Terms of Use
Effective date: 2026-05-03
By using StreamHook, you agree to these terms.
StreamHook is operated by Miguel Angel Aragones Castaneda.
Service scope
StreamHook is a private room-based coordination product. During this stage, features may change and parts of the service may be updated or removed.
Account and access
You are responsible for activity under your account and for how room invites are shared. Keep your sign-in methods secure.
Acceptable use
Do not use StreamHook for unlawful, abusive, or harmful behavior, or to disrupt service reliability for others.
Third-party data and images
StreamHook may show metadata, posters, logos, and related assets provided by third parties such as TheTVDB and TMDB image services. Those materials belong to their respective rights holders and may not be copied, redistributed, or used outside the service except as allowed by applicable law and rightsholder terms.
No affiliation
StreamHook is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with TheTVDB, TMDB, Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, or Node.js maintainers.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as-is, without guaranteed uptime or fitness for a specific purpose. We may suspend or limit access to protect the service and users.
Liability limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamHook is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For users acting as consumers, mandatory consumer-protection rules and jurisdiction rights under applicable EU law remain unaffected.
For non-consumer disputes, the parties submit to the courts of the operator domicile in Spain, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
